Fall Harvest Indiana Veggies
8 salad potatoes 8 whole carrots 8 brussel sprouts olive oil sea salt 2 cloves of garlic lemon Wash whole veggies and place in zip lock baggie. Squeeze a wedge of lemon over all. Drizzle a little olive oil and season with sea salt and 2 minced cloves of garlic. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours. Set grill medium direct heat. Place veggies on grates turning 3 to 4 times during 12-15 minutes of cooking time.
