Karen Tejera; Executive Show Producer and President of Fort Wayne Shows, Inc. | |
Karen has been part of Fort Wayne Shows, Inc since 1986. Her father Ernie Kerns started the business in the 1960s and from there began the Fort Wayne Home and Garden Show in 1973. Karen worked part time until 1992 when she settled in for full time. She and Ernie worked along side eachother producing the Fort Wayne Home and Garden Show until 2003 when Ernie passed away. Karen is a part of various trade groups including IAEM, HGSEI, and NACS. She is past president of National Consumer Shows, and current president of Home and Garden Shows International. When Karen is not working on the show, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading, and traveling.

Becky Williamson; Associate Show Producer of Fort Wayne Shows, Inc. Becky grew up with the shows, while her grandpa Ernie, and mom Karen ran the Fort Wayne Home and Garden Show, she would come to the show and help pass out magazines, or count people coming through the feature home. Becky started working full time for Fort Wayne Shows shortly after Ernie passed away in 2004. Becky is also part of National Consumer Shows, and Home and Garden Shows International. When Becky is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, reading, walking, and scrapbooking. |
