Quality Coatings will provide materials and labor needed to complete the following options.

Option 1 A garage floor with a total of 700sq ft to 1000sq ft Quality Coatings will install a partial flake system.This includes all of the concrete preparation,filling cracks,holes and expansion joints.One epoxy primer coat,one epoxy intermediate coat,and a clear polyurethane industrial grade top coat.This will be resistant to road salt,oil,and gasoline.For the base coat we offer 11 standard colors to choose from.

Option 2 A garage floor with a total of 400sq ft to 600sq ft Quality Coatings will install a full flake system.This flooring system is more decorative and color options are endless.This includes all of the concrete preparation,filling cracks,holes,and expansion joints.One epoxy prime coat,one epoxy intermediate coat,100 to 150lbs of vinyl chips broadcasted into wet coatings,one UV resistant epoxy clear coat and one clear polyurethane top coat.This will be resistant to road salt,oil,and gasoline.

Note: These pertain to all floors in good sound structural condition any floor with excessive salt damage or Spalding may include an additional cost.And floors 700 to 1000 sq ft may upgrade for the difference.
